ProcessMaker Openbravo Integration

General Information:

Integration with ProcessMaker BPM software suite through Web Services adds important workflow management functionality to Openbravo. Integration manages approvals, routing, and data sharing for Time and Expense Sheets. Information filled out in ProcessMaker dynaforms is automatically shared with Openbravo and generates Expense Sheets, Purchase Invoices, and Sales Orders, and Openbravo reference data appears in ProcessMaker dynaforms. ProcessMaker then routes the appropriate ERP forms to the involved parties for their review and approval, and allows supervisors to track form progress and optimize efficiency.

ProcessMaker® (www.processmaker.com) is commercial Open Source Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow management software. ProcessMaker is an AJAX enabled, SOA, web-based application that allows users across single and multiple sites to create and share workflows, create custom forms, route processes, and improve management control.

Installation and Configuration:

To install and configure the plugin for the ProcessMaker Openbravo Integration, follow these steps:

1. Import the plugin “openbravo-1.0.tar” in "SETUP" -> "PLUGINS" -> "Import".
2. Activate the plugin by clicking on Setup and filling out the 4-field form.
3. The first field “Endpoint ProcessMaker-Openbravo” is the url of the ProcessMaker module installed in the Openbravo System.
4. The second field is the user name of the user with whom the web services consumption will be authenticated
5. The third field is the user password
